Portastor Upgrade to Sage CRM
Portastor are a major supplier of equipment housings to industries including rail, communications and the power utilities. Part of the Shepherd group and a sister company of Portakabin, Portastor are a major industrial company with a large customer base. They used an old version of Sales Logix to track customer details and potential sales. Following changes to key business processes, Portastor decided to review the latest developments in CRM and plan a way forward for the business.
They chose to implement Sage CRM with implementation and training services from Intradev. Derek Faddy, IT Manager for Portastor stated “Richard (and by association Intradev) has impressed us all with his commitment to the project. The transfer from Logix has gone very smoothly and our users have been very happy with the training they received.”
